I have gained 5.3 pounds. In four days. Seriously. How is this even possible? I know I am upset and stress eating, but really. Time to focus!
As for the food waste - well the fridge didn't get cleaned out Thursday because I ended up working Thursday night for a couple hours, so I slept after dinner. I threw out a sad eggplant that I had bought to make smokey baba ganouche.
Sad.
This week - plan to continue eating/using up the pantry, try to avoid perishable waste, attempt to submit first writing assignment. Really, really try.
